Smoky's Bio
Meowllo, world! I’m Smoky (rightly named after my resemblance to smoke) and I’m in search of my furever family.
I may be shy when first meeting you, but trust me, I’ll be comfortable around you in no time! I do well with cats, dogs and even kids. I’m really not a picky guy.
My foster mom says I am an observant little boy. I love to get comfy on my cat tree and watch birds and squirrels through the nearby window. When I’m not watching them, I’m playing with my toys; and when I’m not doing either of those things, I’m asking my foster pawrents for treats.
I would thrive in any home with humans who are able to provide me with the attention I need through playing, snuggling or just simply keeping me company. Any animal friends are always great, too!
If you would like to earn the title of my furrever companion and home, feel free to submit an application below.
Smoky's Adoption Fee | $149.00
The feline adoption fees help cover the costs associated with rescuing, such as vetting, food, kitty litter and other expenses.
Prior to adoption, cats are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed and given flea treatment. In short, they receive any necessary treatment.
For more information about adoption fees, please review our Adoption FAQs & Fees page. Alternatively, you can email us and communicate with our Adoption Coordinator.
Why We Love Fostering
-
I have always loved animals and I spoil my own pets enough, so I figured "Why not try fostering?" That's when everything changed. I found that fostering is incredibly rewarding, because not only do you care and love each cat that comes into your home, but you get to send them to their furever homes and see the adopter’s faces light up when they meet them. Building the foundation of the kitties is what makes fostering such a wonderful experience. There is truly nothing better.
