*** Please note that we are NOT accepting applications for the dogs listed as Coming Soon. These dogs have either yet to arrive or have only just recently arrived. Once their foster families get to know them a little better, a detailed bio outlining their personality and describing their ideal home will be posted and we will then begin accepting applications for them. ***
Lopez is a wonderfully sweet little schnauzer who recently arrived from our shelter partner in Mexico.
Although he can be shy at first, Lopez loves people and seeks out their attention.
Lopez is slowly adjusting to living in a snowy climate, and he definitely needs to wear his coat when it's cold. Despite that, Lopez is an enthusiastic walker and does well on leash—he will even prance around the house to let his foster know that he wants to go out!
Lopez enjoys playing with toys, but his all-time favourite activity is cuddling! He sleeps well in his crate overnight but would much prefer to help keep your bed warm, if given the opportunity. Lopez bonds closely with people and craves human company, but young children may be too busy for him as he startles easily. A calm home environment would suit him best.
Overall, Lopez is great dog that will make a lucky adopter so very happy!
