About Hazel

Female | 2 yrs | 9 lbs | Yorkie/Chihuahua mix

Hazel is a curious energetic girl with a puppy face! Loves to cuddle next to her foster mom or lay on her back when watching TV…lol. Super friendly.

Mouths a little bit when playing. Assertive with other dogs. Enjoys her walks, but can dart out, so will need some ongoing training.

Active individual or couple. Don't believe she needs another dog in the home but foster has had her the whole time with her sister, Goldie.

Adoption Fee | $500

Adoption fees help cover the costs associated with rescues, such as vetting, boarding and transportation.

They also cover spay/neuter, heartworm testing and treatment (if necessary), rabies and DHLPP vaccines, and microchip.

Many of our dogs are adults that have never received any obedience training or experienced structure and routine prior to being rescued. Behavioural issues are common. Rescue dogs have often been through a lot of stress & instability. We emphasize the importance of routine and training in a positive manner without the unnecessary use of harsh leash corrections, rolling, pinning, or hitting. Do you accept this? *
