About Lisa

Female | Approx 2yrs | 17lbs | Terrier mix

From the Barbados shelter…

Lisa was rescued with 5 other dogs (Roseanne, Marisa, Carmilla, Jenny and Argos) from a place where she was kept inside a small box. All of the dogs were kept in atrocious conditions. We don’t know how long she’d been there for, but it was quite some time.
Lisa is an adorable dog – she’s wonderfully social with other dogs and loves to spend time outside playing with her yard friends. She gets along great with visitors and our staff. She has no food aggression issues and has made great progress walking on a lead. She’s wonderful to spend time with and will be an easy and loving addition to any family.

From her foster in Canada…

Lisa has come out of her shell and is fairly energetic. Loves a good cuddle session as well, when not playing or running around. Warms up with dogs, but can be a bit territorial. She enjoys her walks and can pull on leash. She loves everyone and drops for a good belly rub! Active adopters would be best for this girl. Still young, Lisa shows the puppy side of her. Is good to redirect her chewing to bones and is housetrained, but will need to be let out regularly.

Consider Lisa to be your new best friend!
