About Alexis

Alexis is the best of both worlds! This energetic, tail wagging, happy-go-lucky girl has the energy of a puppy, matched with the calm, snuggling behaviours of an older dog. She does mouth hands gently and jump up when excited, but settles down well. An easy fix for her new family to train!

Ongoing training is a must for this young one! Housetraining is coming along and she's enjoying the other dogs in her foster home. She does well and learns from them. She’s submissive and is good with boundaries.

Initially hesitant at first with meeting new people, but once she’s comfortable, she’s full of kisses.

A person or family that’s willing to put in the time to train Alexis will have a wonderful companion!

Why We Love Fostering

  • Teddy and Lily came to me almost 10 years ago. Unfortunately, Lily is suffering from kidney disease, but Teddy takes care of her and watches over her to the best of his ability. I've said this so many times: They didn't need me, I needed them. Pets Alive Niagara is hands down one of the most loving, caring, involved, dedicated charities in the Niagara Region. If you are able to be part of this family jump on our band Wagon won't you? 🐾🎙.
