About Nineto

Sweet Nineto is a very loving and kind boy looking for a patient companion that will show him that this world is not so scary. He is nervous when meeting new people and needs a bit of time to warm up. He is quite wary of men and seems to put his trust in women more easily.

Nineto is good with meeting other dogs and enjoys a nice walk with his doggy friends. Although he is not quite sure how to play with his dog friends just yet, he does enjoy some snuggle time with them. He has shown a tendency to be a bit possessive of his chosen person and growls at another dog if they try to get near their cuddle session. He is good with cats, and really don’t pay them any attention at all.

Nineto loves his walks and does very well on a leash. He also really enjoys going out in the backyard to run around. He is fully house trained and sleeps in his crate through the night. He finds comfort in having his crate to go to if he is feeling nervous and sees his crate as his safe space. He will pant and pace when feeling unsettled but is making progress with his confidence.

Nineto would love to find a patient, female only home that will help him settle into his new life. He has so much love and so many cuddles to give! We have loved seeing Nineto take small steps each day to being more confident and know that continuing to watch this sweet boy learn and grow will be the most rewarding gift for his forever family.
